Why Telemarketing?

Telemarketing is marketing over the telephone. Most of the telemarketing calls are called cols calls it means the recipient of the calls has not requested the telemarketer contact them, it is the most controversial type of marketing. Telemarketing purpose is to make a sale, but sometimes have personal information when they call a customer knowing the person's well purchased products similar to their from other vendors or outlets.


Types of Telemarketing:

Inbound Telemarketing - Receive calls when customers see your phone numbers in catalogs, direct mails, print ads, on websites on in Radio or TC just to generate orders and leads.


Outbound Telemarketing - Call customer and sell products and services and qualify leads to visit stores and showrooms and set appointments.

Automated Telemarketing - Process numbers of inbound telemarketing calls. In both cases, special equipment contacts customers or receives calls from customers without any live staff needed.
